The three sectors that generate more employment, were technological, agricultural, pharmaceutical and legal. He emphasizes that the professionalization of employees has led Colombia to have a lot of weight in the economic world and regionally. However, he points out that the fact that many employees do not handle a second language, such as English, limits opportunities since it is necessary in almost all areas of a company.

On the other hand, due to the current conjuncture, the mining and oil sector are the profiles that have the most difficulties when it comes to finding employment at present. By 2018, something similar to what was the end of last year is expected, but taking into account, for example, that there are presidential elections and that the price of oil has begun to recover ground.

Therefore, stability is expected in these sectors and also better prospects in the tourism sector, since Colombia was chosen as one of the countries that must be visited this year.
