What would you change about policies labour in your city.
I would like there to be a balance between young people and people over 40 years of age, to apply for a job, since nowadays there are politcas in companies to hire at certain ages, regardless of education or experience, just be in a Very small age range neither very young nor after 40 years old.

According to a study carried out by ManpowerGroup in 2014 with surveys of employees of more than 300 companies, it was found that in the group of people over 40 years of age, of those who applied between one and five job offers, 57.1% did not receive a response

In addition, there were three main reasons why companies rejected the applications of people over 40: age (40%), being overqualified (20%) and lack of experience (16%). For these reasons, 38.3% of respondents over 40 years of age said they felt discriminated against by the companies' age policies.
Companies require professionals with a high capacity for change, adaptation and strategic thinking. However, according to the Manpower study, these aspects and conditions were observed as disadvantages and shortcomings in the hiring of people over 40 years.
With regard to personnel over 40 years of age, the advantages observed by employers in their hiring refer to experience, knowledge, responsibility and stability, aspects that are contrary to the young population. However, the power of adaptability to changes, health problems and difficulties in the management of technology, are located as the biggest disadvantages.
